Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed when using MorphPhoto's AI image generation, editing, prompt, and sharing features. It applies to prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, shared content, account activity, and use of our paid services.

1. Allowed Use

MorphPhoto is intended for lawful creative, design, marketing, educational, and productivity use. You may generate and edit content only when you have the rights and consent needed for the prompts, reference images, brand assets, and other materials you provide.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use MorphPhoto to request, upload, generate, share, or distribute:

• NSFW, explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, nude, or adult-oriented content, including AI-generated sexual content.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, face-swap, impersonation, identity manipulation, or unauthorized realistic depictions of private people, public figures, or third parties.
• Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unsafe contexts.
• Graphic violence, self-harm instructions, threats, harassment, hate, extremist content, or content that targets protected classes.
• Illegal, regulated, or dangerous activity, including weapons, drugs, fraud, phishing, malware, evasion of safety systems, or instructions for wrongdoing.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, hide prohibited intent, automate abuse, scrape the service, or overload platform infrastructure.

3. Restricted Use

MorphPhoto is a creative image generation and editing service. It must not be relied upon as professional legal, medical, financial, identity verification, biometric identification, or public safety advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing generated results before using them.

4. AI Safety and Moderation

• Text prompts are screened before generation. Prompts may be rejected when they violate this policy or when the safety check is unavailable.
• Reference uploads, generated results, and shared content may be reviewed by automated systems, third-party safety providers, and our team.
• If moderation is unavailable or a request cannot be verified, high-risk image processing is blocked rather than allowed by default.
• MorphPhoto does not offer uncensored, no-filter, NSFW, deepfake, or face-swap generation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and generated content are lawful, authorized, and safe to use.

5. Third-Party AI Models and Infrastructure

MorphPhoto provides image editing only — it does not offer text-to-image or any other from-scratch image generation. All features operate as edits on images you provide, and are delivered through the following third-party AI models and platforms, all of which are lawfully licensed commercial API services:

• AI-assisted image editing and multi-image combination (such as object removal, photo restoration, colorization, relighting, style changes, and combining several images into one): the Nano Banana model family (nano-banana, nano-banana-2, nano-banana-pro), the Seedream model family (seedream-4, seedream-4.5, seedream-5-pro), FLUX 2 Pro (flux-2-pro), and GPT Image (gpt-image-2), all accessed through Replicate.
• Background removal, background replacement, and image extension (outpainting): through the BRIA API.
• Image content moderation: a dedicated image-safety classifier through Replicate.
• Text-prompt moderation: local keyword and regular-expression pre-filtering, followed by OpenAI GPT-4o mini (openai/gpt-4o-mini) through Replicate.
• This list may change when models are upgraded or providers change. The latest update date appears in the page footer.

6. Reporting Abuse

Users and third parties can report suspected policy violations, child safety concerns, non-consensual imagery, impersonation, rights violations, or other misuse through our reporting channels:

7. Enforcement

• We may refuse generation, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or preserve/report information when required by law or platform safety needs.
• Credits consumed by policy-violating requests may not be refundable. If a generation is blocked before processing, credits are not charged.
• We may preserve audit logs, hashes, storage keys, and moderation evidence for abuse investigation or legal compliance.
• Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination without refund, and severe illegal content may be escalated to appropriate authorities where required by law.

8. Appeals

If you believe we made an incorrect moderation or enforcement decision, contact support@morphphoto.com with your account email, relevant image or order identifiers, and a short explanation. We will review the available evidence and may restore access where a false positive is confirmed.
